Personal information we collect

Comments

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We use a contact form we created using our Email Service Provider. Requesting information from us by entering contact information in our web forms adds you to our contact management system and gives us permission to contact you with our news, offers, and updates. You can opt out at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” or by sending an email to support@wchiconsulting.com
With the default configuration, this plugin, in itself, does not:
- track users by stealth;
- write any user personal data to the database;
- send any data to external servers;
- use cookies.
Cookies
To improve your experience on our site, we may use “cookies” which are an industry standard that most websites use. A cookie is a small text file that our site may place on your computer as a tool to remember your preferences. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

This information is retained for 60 days.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Security logs are retained for 60 days.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

What we share with others
For physical products, we share information with third parties (drop shipping partners) who help us provide our orders and store services to you. Your information will only be used by them for that purpose.
For digital products, no information is shared with third parties.
For courses hosted on a third-party platform, you will only be asked for information (such as name and email) for account creation purposes in order to access the course material.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
